A nigiri-focused experience, with at least 12 courses of seasonal, domestic & imported fish with creative, accentuated flavors. Includes a light opener, chef’s cold tasting, specialty handroll, and dessert.  An optional beverage pairing will be available.

Regarded as the ultimate dining experience, Omakase is a multi-course tasting menu of innovative and non-traditional dishes that are never repeated twice.

Guests ordering the Omakase are asked to hand over complete artistic freedom to Chef Chau and his team.  These freedoms are meant to push culinary boundaries to both excite and delight the senses using the highest quality of ingredients available.
